当代化海洋牧场加合手，广东各地争办“蚝”门盛宴

近日，广东各地生蚝大放异彩，开启“伟人打架”花样。湛江欲打造“世界蚝王人”，阳江阳西呈上“蚝”门盛宴，江门台山借黄茅海跨海通谈广迎“蚝”客，潮州饶平、汕头南澳、汕尾等地生蚝也碰巧个大肉厚的高光时刻。广东生蚝孳生面积与产量位居世界第三，跟着当代化海洋牧场加快配置，这场“蚝”门盛宴愈发汜博。

在湛江坡头区，每年12月至次年辉煌是官渡生蚝丰充季。这里的近江牡蛎孳生历史悠久，石门海湾咸淡水交织，浮游生物丰富，为生蚝提供实足营养。冬捕时，生蚝破水而出，蚝肉饱胀鲜活。凭借优良品性，官渡生蚝眩惑无数门客，经济效益显耀。全镇孳生面积约12800亩，年产量3.2万吨，一产年产值达3.2亿元，成为当地经济增长引擎。

江门台山动作生蚝主产地，受惠于黄茅海跨海通谈绽开，松懈运载瓶颈，旁边门客蜂涌而至。破晓手艺，船埠和海鲜阛阓东谈主声喧阗，生蚝装箱运往各地，产业发展迈上新台阶。

潮州饶深渊处广东“东大门”，海洋资源先天不足，三百门船埠渔港阛阓吵杂突出。冬捕生蚝与海鲜丰富多采，旁边城市司机凌晨就来等候装货，饶平生蚝产业走投无路。

2023年，广东生蚝孳生面积达45.2万亩、总产量119.7万吨、产业链总产值470.97亿元，是海水贝类孳生主力军。其中湛江生蚝产业推崇杰出，孳生面积约10万亩、产量22万吨、产业链产值约70亿元，成为海洋渔业援手与渔民生涯依靠。

连年来，广东同步鼓励生蚝品牌配置，湛江蚝、程村蚝、台山蚝、晨洲蚝等生蚝品牌逐渐走向世界。
